    After junior first baseman Ryan Berardino (Sudbury, Mass./Lincoln-Sudbury Reg. HS) gave Bentley University a 6-3 lead with a three-run homer, Lynn University scored five times in their final two at bats for an 8-6 win over the Falcons at the Lynn Baseball Field Saturday afternoon.

    Bentley University junior center fielder Max Troiani (Pittsford, N.Y./ Pittsford Mendon HS) led off the season with a home run to left but Palm Beach Atlantic University countered with four runs in the bottom of the first and went on to record a 5-2 rain-shortened win in season-opening non-conference baseball Friday night at Rubin Field. The game was called after six-and-a-half innings.

  • Bentley Tops NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 20th Straight Semester

    For the 20th consecutive semester, Bentley University had the most selections for the Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll (formerly known as the Commissioner’s Honor Roll) with 381 student-athletes recognized for having a 3.0 or better grade point average during the fall 2018 semester.

  • Bentley Student-Athletes Have Highest Graduation Rate in Division II

    For the second straight year, Bentley University is ranked number one nationally in the latest NCAA Division II Academic Success Rate report, which was announced today. Bentley, with its highest ASR in the 13 years that the NCAA has been compiling the data, was alone at the top of the rankings, two points above the five institutions tied for second, after sharing the top position a year ago. This was the fifth straight year that Bentley has achieved an ASR of 97 or better and the eighth straight they’ve been above 90.
