    Ford Selected D2CCA 1st-Team All-Super Region 1 Record-setting Bentley University senior punter Tyler Ford (Amherst, N.H./ Souhegan HS) has been selected for the 2016 Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association All-Super Region 1 first team by the region’s sports information directors. Ford is Bentley’s first first-team honoree since 2009 and its first two-time All-Region honoree since long-time NFL offensive lineman Mackenzy Bernadeau (2006-07).

    Hardy & McDonald Selected to CoSIDA Academic All-America® Football Team One of the highest accolades a student-athlete can receive is selection to the Academic All-America team by the College Sports Information Directors of America®. Two Bentley University football captains, senior linebacker Bryan Hardy (Barnstable/ Barnstable HS) and senior defensive back Sam McDonald (Norfolk/King Philip Reg. HS), received that prestigious honor Wednesday when they were selected to the 2016 CoSIDA Division II Academic All-America football team. It was the first time in program history that Bentley has had two players selected in the same season.
