WALTHAM, Mass. -- The Bentley University men's basketball team is ranked 22nd in the final National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II poll of the season, which was announced on Tuesday. It marks the fifth time in seven years that Bentley has been ranked in the season's final poll.
Bentley, which will host and be the number one seed for the NCAA Division II East Regional this weekend, is one of just five Division II programs nationally that has been in the NCAA tournament annually since 2005. The Northeast-10 regular season champion Falcons are 22-7 overall after falling to Adelphi University on Saturday in the NE-10 title game.
Bentley will open NCAA tournament action on Saturday at 6 pm against eighth-seeded C.W. Post.
