Tracey Records Seven Points, Eight Rebounds in Div. II All-Star Game
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.-- Bentley University senior forward Brian Tracey (Bow Mar, Colo./Heritage HS) recorded seven points and eight rebounds Friday night for the East Team in the 2011 Reese's Division II College All-Star Game at the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Tracey started for the East and played a total of 21 minutes. He made three of nine shots overall, including one of his three treys, and also had one assist, a steal and a block. The East team fell to the West, 96-91.
Tracey recently concluded a standout career for the Falcons, ranking 10th in program history in scoring (1,547 points) and 11th in rebounds (830). This past season, while leading the Falcons to a 24-8 record and a fifth straight appearance in the regional championship game, he averaged 17.2 points and eight rebounds.
Tracey was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II All-East first team, the Daktronics All-East Region first team and the All-Northeast-10 Conference first team.
