Former Bentley All-America Profiled in Asbury Park Press

Wednesday's edition of the Asbury Park Press (N.J.) (www.app.com) ran a feature, written by Josh Newman, on former Bentley men's basketball All-America Jason Westrol '10 as he prepares to head to Belgium to continue his basketball career.

Given his work ethic is a major reason why he has gotten to this point in his basketball career, it would be unfair to say Jason Westrol is relaxing this summer. Instead, a better way to put it might be Westrol is having a relaxing summer when it comes to one thing.

The former Manasquan High School star, 2010 NABC Division II Player of the Year at Bentley University and overseas professional doesn't have to stress about where he is playing next season. That little matter was taken care of in May when he signed with Belgian second division squad BC Houthalen, which is coached by good friend and ex-Christian Brothers Academy standout Brian Lynch.

With no stress in terms of future employment as he prepares for Europe, Westrol is back at the Jersey Mike's Jersey Shore Basketball League this summer and he is as fierce as ever on both ends.
