Maloney HS) finished first in three individual events, leading the Falcons to a 172-116 win over Keene State College at the Spaulding Gymnasium pool Saturday afternoon.

    Bentley Opens Gompei Invitational with Strong Relay Showing; School Record for Sausto in 1650 Action at the Gompei Invitational at WPI got underway Friday night with the Bentley University swim teams turning in strong efforts in the 800 yard free relays. In addition, freshman Dan Sausto set a school record in the 1650 freestyle.

HS) and sophomore Melissa Viator (Lubbock, Texas/Lubbock HS) both won two individual races and combined to help the Falcons to a win in the 200 yard free relay as Bentley University pulled out a 127-105 win over Roger Williams University in women’s college swimming at the RWU Aquatics Center Friday night.

    Kaduboski & Yoshihara Named Northeast-10 Swimmers of the Week Sophomore Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS) and freshmen Jarod Yoshihara (Irvine, Calif./University HS), who helped the Bentley University swim teams beat Le Moyne College Sunday, have been named the Swimmers of the Week in the Northeast-10 Conference. Yoshihara was also recognized as the Men’s Rookie of the Week in the conference.

    Wheaton Captures Final Relay to Spoil Bentley’s Opener, 155-139 The Bentley University women’s swimming team entered the final event, the 200 yard freestyle relay, down seven points and needing at least a first and a third to record a season-opening victory. However, it was Wheaton College who won the relay and also recorded a third-place finish, and as a result, the Falcons dropped a 155-139 decision to the host Lyons at the Balfour Natatorium Saturday.
