No. 20 Florida Southern Too Much for Bentley, 9-0

LAKELAND, Fla. – No. 11 singles player sophomore Magda Riutort was one of five Florida Southern players to win two matches as the No. 20 Moccasins defeated Bentley University in a non-conference women's tennis match on Friday.

Riutort highlighted Florida Southern's win with a 6-1, 6-0 victory in first-flight singles, while also combining with sophomore Pamela Paradis to win in top-flight doubles 8-2.

Freshman Megan Garrow (Hingham, Mass./Notre Dame Academy) nearly pulled off a victory for Bentley in sixth-flight singles, but dropped a close match to freshman Andrea Loret de Mola 8-7, 10-7.

Florida Southern improves to 6-5 on the season, while Bentley closes out its spring break trip and falls to 5-5.
