Buckner Selected for Northeast-10 Women’s Volleyball All-Rookie Team
Bentley University freshman outside hitter Kelsey Buckner (San Marino, Calif./San Marino HS) has been selected for the 2011 Northeast-10 Conference Women’s Volleyball All-Rookie Team, which was announced today.

Candelaria Powers New Haven to 3-0 Win over Bentley; Falcons Led by Buckner
Junior Keidy Candelaria (Vega Baja, P.R.), the conference leader in kills, put down a match-high 15 and hit .464 as the University of New Haven took care of Bentley University, 3-0, Friday night in Northeast-10 Conference women’s volleyball at the Dana Center. The scores were 25-19, 25-21 and 25-18.

Dominguez, Buckner Lead Bentley Past Southern New Hampshire, 3-1
Freshman Savannah Dominguez (Miami, Fla./Palmer Trinity HS) hit at a .600 success rate with 12 kills and classmate Kelsey Buckner (San Marino, Calif./San Marino HS) posted her 11th double-double of the season as Bentley University topped Southern New Hampshire University, 3-1, in Northeast-10 Conference women’s volleyball Tuesday night at the Dana Center.

Help Bentley Volleyball Raise $$ for Fight Against Breast Cancer
On Saturday, the Bentley University volleyball team will be having its annual "Pink Day" to raise money for the Side-Out Foundation and the fight against breast cancer. The team will be wearing their pink jerseys for their 2:00 match against Adelphi University. Please support the Falcons in this worthwhile cause!

Despite a combined 24 kills from freshmen Savannah Dominguez (Miami, Fla./ Palmer Trinity HS) and Kelsey Buckner (San Marino, Calif./San Marino HS), Bentley University dropped a 3-1 decision to USC-Aiken in non-conference women’s volleyball Saturday evening at the Convocation Center. The scores were 21-25, 25-21, 25-14 and 25-21.
