Following a standout career for the Bentley University women’s basketball team that culminated with the 2014 NCAA Division II national championship, Courtney Finn is in her fifth year on the Bentley athletic department staff and her second as assistant director for financial operations. She previously served as an athletics operation assistant from 2014-17.
Finn, one of only two players in Bentley women’s basketball history with at least 1,500 points, 750 rebounds and 100 three-pointers, was a two-year captain for the Falcons. She earned Division II All-America honors from the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association as a graduate student in 2014, as well as a second-straight first-team All-Northeast-10 selection.
As part of the national championship team, Finn averaged 15.6 points, a team-best 7.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists.
A Winthrop native who now resides in Waltham, Finn received her Bachelor of Science degree in management in 2013 and her MBA from Bentley in 2015.
