WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley men's soccer can clinch the Northeast 10 regular season championship on Saturday with a win at Southern Connecticut State. Kickoff is at 4:00 pm in New Haven, Conn.
The Falcons come into Saturday's game with a 6-0-2 NE10 record for 20 points to give them a one-point lead over Southern New Hampshire.
A win would give Bentley its first NE10 regular season title since 1995. With that comes a bye to the semifinals of the NE10 Championship on November 12. At minimum they have clinched a home playoff game in the first round on Nov. 8.
The Falcons are ranked 11
th in this week's United Soccer Coaches Division II poll. They are on a 10-match unbeaten streak at 7-0-3 after a 3-2 road win over AIC and a 1-1 tie against Adelphi last week.

th nationally in save percentage (.831). As a team Bentley is 18
th nationally in team goals against average (0.77) and they have conceded just 10 goals in 13 games this season.
Southern Conn is 8-3-4 overall and 4-1-3 in NE10 matches for 15 points which has them in third place. Their most recent match was a 2-0 non-conference win over Dominican on October 28 and their most recent NE10 match was a 4-1 victory over Saint Anselm on October 25.
Bentley has one more regular season match next week, a non-conference match at home against Post on November 4.
