WALTHAM, Mass. – Freshman Mark Zoda (Nashua, N.H./Bishop Guertin HS) won three individual events and participated in a winning relay to help the Bentley University men's swimming and diving team register its 31st straight dual victory, 187-109 over Babson College Tuesday night at the Dana Center pool.

Zoda's first victory came in the meet's third event with his 1:45.94 in the 200 yard freestyle putting the Falcons in front to stay. He also earned victories in the 50 free (22.23 seconds) and the 100 free (48.49)

Zoda finished the night by swimming a leg on the Falcons' 200 free relay team that took first in 1:28.15. That quartet also included sophomore Paul Homorodean (Milford, Conn./Joseph A. Foran HS), junior Alper Alkaya (Milan, Italy) and senior Ryan McGeary (Paramus, N.J./Bergen Catholic HS).

Four other freshmen also posted victories for the Falcons. Ellis Sartorio (Mountainside, N.J./Academy for Information Technology) was first to the wall in the 100 backstroke (55.28), Zach Papsco (Northport, N.Y./Northport HS) outswam the field in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.45), Jeremy Glick (South Windsor, Conn./South Windsor HS) amassed 228.00 points in the one-meter diving and the three-meter diving went to Owen Busser (Chelmsford/Chelmsford HS) with a score of 214.72.

The only upperclassman to win an individual event for the Falcons was junior Jarod Yoshihara (Irvine, Calif./University HS) with a time of 1:59.15 in the 200 backstroke.

Bentley's next meet is Saturday afternoon at Pace University.
