Competing in a field of 25, Mattson moved to number two on Bentley's all-time performance list in the long jump with her distance of 17 feet, 10.75 inches a PR by one and three-quarter inches.

Mattson also competed in the 60 meters for the first time in her career and responded with a time of 8.33 seconds. She finished 13th among 44 runners with her performance elevating her to 11th on the program's all-time list.

Mattson's day also included finishing eighth of 15 in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:18.97. That relay also included junior Marianne Bartolotta (Wantagh, N.Y./Holy Trinity HS) and a pair of sophomores, Abby Forman (Altamont, N.Y./Guilderland HS) and Steph Robinson (Randolph, N.J./ Randolph HS).

Bartolotta cracked the season performance list in the Northeast-10 Conference with her 3:13.61 in the 1,000 putting her 14th. She was 11th of 29 overall with freshman teammate Abbie Newman (Hanson, Mass./Whitman-Hanson Reg. HS) trailing her by two places with a time of 3:15.54.

The other Falcon who placed in the top 50 percent of her event was freshman Dom Balzora-Rivert (Templeton, Mass./Narragansett Reg.). She was 21st of 44 in the 60, finishing in 8.64 seconds.

On Friday, Bentley will compete in the David Hemery Valentine's Invitational at Boston University.
