WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley University women’s tennis team got its season under way at the ITA East Regionals in Philadelphia over the weekend, with play finishing Monday. Senior Brittany Harbert (Boxford, Mass./Masconomet) and the doubles team of senior Kara Murphy (Worcester, Pa./Methacton) and junior Rachael Litton (Burlington, Ontario/Nelson) were the team’s top performers.

WALTHAM, Mass. – Rodrigo Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Chapel School) and Victor Suski (West Hartford, Conn./William Hall) of the men’s tennis team, and Kara Murphy (Worcester, Pa./Methacton) of the women’s tennis team have received All-Academic honors from the Northeast-10.

COLCESTER, Vt. – Saint Michael’s scored a 5-0 win over Bentley University in the first round of the Northeast-10 Women’s Tennis Tournament Monday afternoon. The Purple Knights will meet top-seeded Southern New Hampshire in the semifinals.

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Bentley University closed out the regular season with a 5-4 victory over Merrimack on Saturday afternoon. The Falcons finish the regular season in fifth place in the NE-10 at 9-4 and will play at Saint Michael’s in the first round of the playoffs.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Juniors Kara Murphy (Worcester, Pa./Methacton) and Brittany Harbert (Boxford, Mass./Masconomet) each won two matches as the Bentley University women’s tennis team defeated Le Moyne 7-2 Sunday afternoon in a Northeast-10 matchup.

EASTON, Mass. – The Stonehill women’s tennis team, ranked fourth in the East Region, defeated Bentley University 9-0 on Tuesday afternoon at the Brown Billone Club in Easton, Mass.

WALTHAM, Mass. – Senior Amber Chandronnait, the 22nd-ranked singles player in Division II and top-ranked player in the East Region, helped Southern New Hampshire to an 8-1 road win against Bentley University in Northeast-10 women’s tennis Sunday afternoon.

WALTHAM, Mass.- Bentley University picked up a 9-0 victory over American International in Northeast-10 women’s tennis play Tuesday afternoon. The Falcons improve to 7-2 in the NE-10 and 7-8 overall with the win.

COLCHESTER, Vt. – The Saint Michael’s women’s tennis team improved to 9-2 overall and 7-1 in the Northeast-10 with an 8-1 victory over Bentley University at the Tarrant Recreation Center in Colchester, Vt., Sunday afternoon.

WALTHAM, Mass. – Three different players won both of their matches to lead the Bentley University women’s tennis team to an 8-1 victory over Saint Anselm Saturday afternoon in Northeast-10 play.

The University of Tampa won its second straight match Saturday, 7-2 over the Bentley University women’s tennis team in non-conference play. The Spartans, ranked 40th in Division II, improve to 3-7 on the year while the Falcons drop to 5-7.
