The Spread Respect Campaign is Bentley Athletics' commitment to fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging both on and off the field. Grounded in four pillars, Education, Support, Inclusion, and Community Outreach, the campaign empowers student-athletes, coaches, and staff to create welcoming environments where everyone can thrive.

Through educational programming, partnerships with campus and community organizations, mental health and student support initiatives, community engagement opportunities, and dedicated Spread Respect Games, the campaign promotes inclusive leadership, respectful dialogue, and meaningful connections across the Bentley community. By integrating these values into the student-athlete experience, Bentley Athletics strives to strengthen a culture rooted in respect, belonging, and community.
