OVERVIEW
The Bentley University cheerleading team is involved with multiple sports on campus as well as preparing for UCA College Nationals come January of each academic year. The cheerleading team cheers at all home football games as well as all home men’s and women’s basketball games.
At each of these games, the team displays their stunting, tumbling, and crowd leading skills to engage Bentley fans. You can also find these athletes at all home games for Bentley’s Division I hockey team, engaging the crowd with activities such as face painting and cheering on the Falcons.
The cheerleading team competes in the D2 All Girl Division and will be attending UCA College nationals for the first time in 2026. The team is led by Head Coach, Annie Reynolds, and Assistant Coach, Allison Houlihan.
The cheerleading team was originally founded in the fall of 1963 and has come a long way since, competing at NCA College Nationals for a handful of years and then taking a competitive hiatus. This year, the new coaching staff is thrilled to bring back the competitive spirit to the Bentley cheerleading program.
