Bentley's NCAA Division-I hockey team plays at The Bentley Arena, which opened in February 2018, and immediately became one of the premier facilities in college hockey.
The Arena features 1,917 seats for hockey games, including the Top Shelf student section, and a total capacity of 2,240 for hockey games that includes standing room. Capacity expands to 3,626 for concerts, commencement events, speakers or other campus events.
The Bentley Arena is the first standalone ice arena in the country to receive LEED Platinum certification, and the first LEED-certified building on the University's century-old campus. As a prime example of sustainable design and energy efficiency, the arena will be a place for generations of Falcons to gather, play, cheer and learn.
