Waltham, Mass. – Stonehill College improved to 4-2 on the season with a 4-0 victory over the Bentley University women's tennis team on Friday afternoon.

The match was played to decision rather than completion. The left the No. 1-3 singles matches unfinished.

The Skyhawks have now won two straight and three of four.

Bentley's pairings in doubles were senior Alessa Matuty (San Pedro Sula, Honduras) and freshman Adriana Hiraldo (San Juan, Puerto Rico). In the No. 2 match was freshmen Remi LeSage (Sarasota, Fla./IMG) and Libby Keefe (Lowell, Mass./Lowell Catholic), and the No. 3 match was sophomore Grace Bennett (Paxton, Mass./Wachusett Regional) and junior Alyssa Cook (New Castle, N.H./Portsmouth).

The order in singles for Bentley was Hiraldo, sophomore Makena Romagnano (New Albany, Ohio/New Albany) in No. 2, Matuty, freshman Anna Lang (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand), Cindy Luo (Stamford, Conn./Stamford) and Anna Higgins (Andover, Mass./Andover).

The Falcons will look to bounce back on Sunday when the host Southern Hampshire at 2:00 pm.
