Welcome to Open Swim! Below you’ll find the current hours, live schedule, pool access instructions, and a link to register and pay online. Please read everything carefully before coming to the pool.

Important Information

• Open Swim hours are listed below and also in the live calendar.
   
• Times may change right up until the session begins. Always check the calendar before arriving on campus.
   
• Any known changes will be finalized and posted by midnight each day.
   
• The pool may close unexpectedly for emergencies, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   
• All hours are subject to change.

Pool Access Process

 

1. Enter the outside main doors of the pool facility. The entrance is through the doors opposite the turf field at the Falcon statue.
2. Sign in at the Pool Membership binder.
3. After signing in, use the locker rooms to change, shower, and store belongings.
4. Reminder: Lockers are intended for temporary use only and may not be secured with personal locks. Any locks left on lockers are subject to removal by staff.
5. Bentley University is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Once ready, proceed to the pool deck to enjoy Open Swim.

Membership Types & Rates (Yearly)

• Faculty/Staff/Student – Free
   
• Spouse – $100
   
• Child (13 & over) – $50
   
• Alumni – $150
   
• Spouse/Child (with Alumni Membership) – $75
   
• Waltham Resident – $275
   
  • Child (13 & over) – $125
     
  • Senior – $200
     
• Non-resident – $375
   
  • Child (13 & over) – $150
     
  • Senior – $250
     

Membership Information

• Available to Bentley students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families, Waltham residents, and the general public.
   
• Memberships are valid for one year (September – August). Pool operations follow the Bentley University academic calendar, and access is not guaranteed during breaks, holidays, or outside of scheduled sessions. Summer hours outside of the academic year may be restricted or canceled due to limited staffing.
   
• Enrollment period: August 25 – October 19, 2025.
   
• Membership includes access to the pool and locker rooms only.
   
• Entrance is through the doors opposite the turf field at the Falcon statue.

Payment & ID

• Register and pay following the link below.
   
• ID cards are issued by Campus Safety (781-891-2201, Upper Campus).
   
• If you already have a pool ID, it will be reactivated once payment is processed.

Registration Page Includes:

• Participant Information: Name, Email, Phone Number
   
• Terms & Conditions: Checkbox confirming agreement
   
• Payment: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.
   
• Submit Button: “Complete Registration & Payment”
   
• Confirmation Message: “Thank you for registering! Please check the live calendar before attending, as hours may change.”
