Falcons return to Waltham to host St. Anselm Sunday

WALTHAM, Mass. – It has been a little over six months since the Bentley women's tennis team compete in Waltham, but the Falcons are slated to host St. Anselm Sunday, April 14, at 9 a.m. The match was originally scheduled for Saturday, but shifted to Sunday due to weather.

The Falcons haven't competed since March 14 against Lafayette as part of their six-match trip to Orlando.

Bentley topped St. Anslem during the Northeast-10 Championship season in the fall, pulling out a 4-3 victory over the Hawks (Sept. 26). St. Anselm won the doubles point, but Bentley rallied in singles matches.

Adriana Hiraldo dominated on the No. 2 singles court (6-1, 6-0), and Catalina Borrero found similar success on the No. 4 singles court (6-1, 6-2). Libby Keefe was victorious on the No. 5 singles court, winning with identical scores in two sets (6-3, 6-3).

Remi LeSage battled to a three-set victory against her Hawks counterpart. She dropped the first set, 6-2, but then win the final two sets (6-4, 12-10).
