WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University's
Hilla Almog was named the Northeast 10 Women's Diver of the Year on Thursday and
Rick Danehy was selected as Diving Coach of the Year.
It's the second straight year Almog has earned the NE10's top diving award.
Almog won gold in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives at the NE10 Championships for the second consecutive year.
She was named the NE10 Diver of the Week every week she competed this season, nine times in total.
Almog competed in the prelims at the 2025 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championship after being a second team All-American in the 3-meter in 2024.
Rick Danehy was tabbed as the NE10 Diving Coach of the Year for the 10th time in his career and the sixth straight season. Bentley placed three of the top seven divers at the NE10 Championship in February.
