DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Max Lampe paced the Bentley men's cross country team in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational Saturday. The Falcons did not place as a team in the Gold race, but in the Navy race Bentley was sixth out of 17 teams.

Lampe's 8K time was 25:54.96, good for 52^nd out of 253 runners in the Gold race. Steven D'Alessandro placed 74^th with a time of 26:22.09.

Bentley was shorthanded for Saturday's meet, but it aims to be back at full strength for the New England Championships, Oct. 10.
