WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley's Isabel Gonzalez has been named the Northeast 10 Women's Golf Player and Rookie of the Year, the NE10 announced Wednesday.

During the fall season, Gonzalez was crowned the NE10 Individual Champion after shooting 77-73-150. She won the title by 14 strokes.

Gonzalez was named the NE10 Player of the Week and NE10 Rookie of the Week once during the fall season. In the spring, she earned both weekly awards on three separate occasions.

Gonzalez won the Saint Anselm Spring Invitational (74-73-147) and the Panther Battle at the Bay (75-71-146) during the spring season. In the prior semester, she won the Polar Bear Shootout by scoring 81-75-156. She also won two different single-round events: the Southern Maine Invitational (71) and the Franklin Pierce Invitational (77).
