Bentley University

Leadership

Our motto "Be a Force" starts with leadership. On the field, in the classroom and in the community - Bentley Athletics will prepare you to have a positive impact. We aim to identify the best in our people, so that they can inspire the best in others. Understanding one's self, how to communicate, and the importance of empathy - shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Captain's Council

Purpose/Mission: Create a space to support the development of a consistent culture of leadership excellence across the Athletic Department. This space will help our Captains with their individual growth and increase their positive impact within their teams. By networking with each other and learning from facilitators who have decades of experience, our Captains will become a more positive force at Bentley, and they will be better prepared to make an unparalleled impact after graduation.
