2023-24

• Placed fifth in the 200 finals at the NE10 Championships with a personal best time.
• Swam a personal best in the 500 free at the NE10 meet.
• Achieved a personal best in the 200 breaststroke at the NE10s and qualified for the finals.
• Won the 200 free race against Assumption and the 500 free against Bridgewater State.

2022-23: Placed 7th in the 200 breast at the NE10 Championship with a season best 2:16.05 ... finished 10th in the 200 free at the NE10s with a season best 1:48.64

2021-22: at the Northeast-10 Championships, placed sixth in the 200 breaststroke (2:16.71), eighth in the 800 free relay (7:06.69), ninth in the 200 freestyle (1:48.26) and 14^th in the 1000 free (10:27.17)

Before Bentley: 2021 graduate of the Oratory Preparatory School ... was a team captain at Oratory Prep … two-time team Most Valuable Player … spent his freshman year of high school at Watchung Hills Regional … also competed for the Berkeley Aquatic Club.

Personal: Majoring in corporate finance and accounting … minor is in computer science …son of Beatrice and Victor Tarka … has one brother, Matthew.
