2022-23: Named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference team for indoor track ... finished 8th in the mile at the NE10 indoors ... helped the 4X800 relay team to a 3rd place finish at the NE10 Indoor Championships ...  4x800 team finished 2nd at the NE10 Outdoor Championships.

2021-22: Was 12^th in the 800 (1:58.79) and part of the Falcons’ 4x800 relay team that placed fifth during the Northeast-10 indoor championships … at the outdoor conference championships, was 14^th in the 800 (2:02.16) and again helped the Falcons to fifth in the 4x800 (8:03.66) … part of Bentley 4x800 team that was ninth in the New Englands with an 8:02.32 … ran in five meets indoors and eight outdoors … outdoor bests were 53:02 in the 400 (Bryant), 1:58.64 in the 800 (UMass-Lowell), 4:20.39 in the 1500 (Bridgewater) … indoor season bests included 1:58.59 in the 800 (Boston University), 4:58.11 in the mile (Southern Connecticut). 

2020-21: At the Northeast-10 outdoor championships, was ninth in the 800 meters (2:00.85) … also helped the Falcons to fourth in the 4x400 (3:27.25) … during the outdoor New Englands, was 26^th in the 800 (2:00.11) and a member of the Falcon team that was tenth in 3:28.66.

CROSS COUNTRY

2022: Competed at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 35:12.4 … ran at the Ted Ownes Invitational with a time of 29:05 … finished the Suffolk Short Course Classic in 17:41.8 … ran at the NE10 Championships in 28:37.5.

2021: At the Northeast-10 Championships, was eighth among Bentley runners and 120^th overall, finishing in 31:11 … was part of Bentley’s top seven in two of four meets … D2ADA Academic Achievement Award. 

2020: Bentley did not compete in any meets.

Before Bentley: 2020 graduate of North Andover High School ... served as captain of the football, indoor track and outdoor track at North Andover ... in football, was an Eagle Tribune all-star after helping North Andover to the Division 2 state championship ... part of 2020 MSTCA Division 2 indoor 4x400 champions ... NA HS school record holder in the 600 meters ...
