HOPKINTON, N.H. – The Bentley men's cross country tied for second in the Northeast-10 Championship Sunday, but a tiebreaker with Assumption saw the Falcons officially place third.
Results
Sam Capobianco paced Bentley by placing seventh in a field of 110 finishers. He was one three Falcons the place in the top 20. Capobianco's 8K time was 25:29.96, which was approximately 29.5 seconds off from the lead.
Mason Behl reached the top 10, as his time of 25:42.65 was good for 10
th overall.
Bentley was one of only two teams with multiple runners in the top 10 (Southern Connecticut had four).
Rocco Bueti finished in the top 20 as his time of 26:02.59 placed him 16
th.
Bentley's fourth finisher was
Anthony Cronin, who came in 44
th with a time of 27:12.26.
Hayden MacArthur was 46
th after crossing the finish line with a time of 27:17.24.
