BRUNSWICK, Maine – Coming off a second place finish at the Northeast 10 Championship earlier in the week, Bentley women's golf was back in action this weekend at the Polar Bear Shootout at Brunswick Golf Club.
The Falcons finished 10
th overall and
Isabel Gonzalez, the NE10 Individual Champion, was the team's top finisher.
Gonzalez was +10 over two rounds and she finished strong with a +2, 75 round on Sunday.
Gaby Becker had Bentley's best score on Saturday with a +7 round of 80. Gonzalez shot an 81 on Saturday, followed by
Ana Gill with an 82 and
Alexandra Kwon with an 83.
On Sunday, Becker and
Tanya Chowdary posted the team's next best rounds after Gonzalez with an 85.
The Falcons have one competition left this fall at the Saint Anselm Invitational on Oct. 20-21.
