CLERMONT, Fla. –
Jordan Krause set Bentley's career record for runs scored on the team's final day in Florida, but the Falcons fell to Purdue Northwest 7-4 and Hillsdale 8-3.
Krause tied the record of 100, held by Ella Hillier, in the first game against Purdue Northwest and broke the record in the second game against Hillsdale.
Krause had broken Bentley's career record for hits on Thursday against Slippery Rock with her 170
th hit.
In the first game against Purdue Northwest, Bentley attempted to rally from a seven run deficit but ultimately came up short. They scored four unanswered in the 6
th and 7
th innings. Krause,

Katie Welch had RBI hits.
In the second game against Hillsdale, Welch had another RBI, in the third inning, her fifth of the trip.
Becca Harris and
Jess Morrison had RBIs in the sixth inning.
Bentley went 4-6 on its 10-day season opening Florida trip with wins over St. Thomas Aquinas, Findlay, Bemijdi State and Minnesota State.
They will next play on March 21 at Felician.
