3 Bentley Falcons Earn All-Northeast-10 Honors; McClure Tabbed for 1st Team

(l-r) Cash McClure, Cooper Farrall, Aaron Latham
WALTHAM, Mass. – Three Bentley University Falcons were honored Tuesday when the Northeast-10 announced its 2024-25 Men's Basketball All-Conference teams.

Junior guard Cash McClure (Readfield, Maine/Maranacook HS) was voted to the first team, sophomore forward Cooper Farrall (Valparaiso, Ind./Culver Academies) was tabbed for the second team, and the third team included graduate guard Aaron Latham (Glastonbury, Conn./Glastonbury HS).

The trio has helped Bentley to an 18-9 record and a berth in Wednesday's NE10 semifinal game at Southern New Hampshire. The Falcons are 8-1 since the start of February and are 17-5 since late November.

It's the first time since the 2015-16 season that three or more Falcons collected All-Conference honors. That year, Tyler McFarland, Keegan Hyland and Alex Furness were recognized.

McClure, who was a third-team All-Conference honoree last season, leads the team in scoring and is the only player in the Division II East Region averaging at least 16.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists. He's in the top 12 nationally in minutes played (37.1) and his season resume includes ten 20-point games and three double-doubles.

Farrall, in his first season as a starter, averages 16.6 points and 8.1 rebounds while shooting 48 percent overall, 36 percent from three and 78 percent from the charity stripe. He's in the top seven in the NE10 in scoring, rebounds and field goal percentage, and he's totaled eight double-doubles. Since Feb. 1, he's averaged 19.2 points and nearly eight rebounds.

Latham, a starter at the point in every game the last three seasons, recently netted his 1,000th career point with his total standing at 1,067. He averages 12.1 points, is third in the NE10 in assists (118) and had a buzzer-beating game-winner against Southern Connecticut Jan. 25. His average of 38.9 minutes per game ranks number two in Division II and is on pace to break the school record (37.7).
