WINDSOR, Conn. – Bentley leads after day one of the Hartford Hawks Women's Invitational, held at Keney Golf Club.

The Falcons, +36 as a team, hold a 16 shot lead over second place Franklin Pierce.

Two Falcons are in the top five individually after the first round. Freshman Isabel Gonzalez-Villarreal is in third (+5) and fellow freshmen Gaby Becker and Mari Frigo are in a three-way tie for fourth (+6).

The tournament concludes on Sunday.
