CANDIA, N.H. – The Bentley women's golf team is in third place following the first round of the Saint Anselm Spring Invitational at Candia Wood Golf Links.

The Falcons shot a 342 in Wednesday's opening round, led by Isabel Gonzlez. She shot a 74 and sits in second place. Gonzalez birdied four holes – three of which were on the front nine.

Alex Kwon is within the top 10 in the standings, as her 87 is tied for ninth. Gaby Becker is tied for 11^th with an 88.

The second round is set for Thursday, April 9.
