Before Bentley: 2015 graduate of River Hill High School where he was a starter on the 2012 Class 3A Maryland Football state championship team … team captain in both football and wrestling … recorded 350 tackles during his three-year varsity career … two-time All-State, All-County, BTC All-Star and All-Met in football … in wrestling, won the Howard County individual championship twice and was both a state finalist and a regional champion … played in the 2014 Baltimore Touchdown Club All-Star game … won the Class 3A east region championship twice in football and four times in wrestling … four-time scholar-athlete and Minds in Motion award recipient … National Honor Society.
