Senior defensive back from Randolph, Mass. who majored in management as an undergrad ... very good student who is pursuing his MBA … two-time All-Northeast-10 honoree … nominated for the 2022 AFCA Good Works Team … in 30 games during his first three seasons (2018-19, 2021), was in on 94 tackles (58 solo) and also had four tackles for losses, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries and 16 pass break-ups ...  one of two players on this year’s team from Milton Academy (sophomore Jonathan Oriakhi).

2021: was a team captain and a 1^st-team All-Northeast-10 honoree … 18 of his 31 tackles were unassisted … credited with 10 pass break-ups, second most in the Northeast-10 … his season also included a sack, two fumble recoveries, and an interception … season-high four tackles four times … had a sack and an interception against Southern Connecticut Oct. 19 … four passes defended Oct. 2 at Saint Anselm … tied for the NE10 lead and was 23rd in Division II in fumble recoveries.

2020: Bentley did not play any games during the 2020 season.

2019: Earned third-team All-Northeast-10 honors after finishing fourth on the team in tackles with 49, including 33 unassisted ... also had 2.5 TFL, six break-ups, one sack, one interception and a quarterback hurry ... played in all 10 games and started nine times on the corner ... opened season with 10 tackles at West Chester Sept. 7 ... nine tackles, including a sack, at Stonehill Oct. 19 ... first career interception came Sept. 27 against New Haven.

2018: Saw action in nine games during his freshman year and started the season’s last two at safety ... 14 tackles included three in each start (Nov. 3 vs. Assumption, Nov. 10 vs. American International).

Before Bentley: 2018 graduate of Milton Academy where he was a three-sport athlete and two-sport captain (football, track and field) … two-time first-team All-Independent School League (2016, 2017) … four-time letterwinner in football … 2017 second-team All-New England … 2017 Cleveland Award recipient … two-time All-ISL in the 100 meters, long jump and 4x100 … qualified for track nationals in 4x100 in 2016.
