Senior offensive lineman who is majoring in economics-finance … one of seven Long Islanders on this year’s roster… enters 2017 season with 12 career games under his belt.

2016: Appeared in four games off the bench during his junior year.

2015: Saw action in eight games, with a pair of starts at left tackle … those came Oct. 24 at Stonehill and six days later at Assumption.

2014: Did not see any game action.

Before Bentley: 2014 graduate of John H. Glenn High School where he earned three letters in football and two in lacrosse … helped the Knights win both the Suffolk County and Long Island championship as a sophomore … team captain in both football and lacrosse as a senior … third-team New York State Sportswriters Association Class A All-State selection … also earned All-Division and All-County honors … selected for Long Island team for Boomer Game (Long Island vs. New York City) … National Honor Society.

Personal: Age as of Sept. 1: 21 … son of Charles and Angela Choinski … has two sisters, Alyssa (27) and Ali (24) … father played football at Hofstra in the early 80s and earned Division III All-America honors in 1983.
