2nd year as a team captain … a 2012 graduate of Scarborough High School who is majoring in accountancy … outstanding student … durable athlete who has played in 106 of 108 contests during her first three years (all 57 in field hockey, 49 of 51 in lacrosse) … enters final field hockey season with five goals, three assists and 13 points … in 49 career lacrosse games, has 46 goals and 20 assists for 66 points … three varsity letters in both sports.

2014: was one of seven Falcons to start all 19 games … had three goals, including one game-winner, and one assist … game-winner came Oct. 21 in a 3-1 victory over Saint Anselm … also scored against Mercy Oct. 5 and against LIU Post Oct. 26 … third straight year on Gladiator by SGA/NFHCA National Academic Squad … Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll Oct. 27.

 2013: played in every game for the second straight year and was in the starting lineup in 18 of 19 contests … had one goal and one assist … the goal was scored in a 3-1 win over American International Oct. 19 … selected Academic All-Northeast-10 … Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA National Academic Squad for the second time.

2012: scored one goal and had one assist … played in all 19 games … scored first career goal in 3-1 win at Saint Anselm Sept. 4 … had an assist against Franklin Pierce Sept. 15, helping Bentley to 3-0 victory … Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA National Academic Squad.

High School: helped Scarborough to 2010 state championship in field hockey and three consecutive state titles in lacrosse (2010-12) … started on all four of those teams … field hockey tri-captain as a senior and two-year captain in lacrosse … field hockey honors included Academic All-State, All-State, Faith Littlefield SMAA MVP and two-time first-team All-Conference … played in Maine senior all-star games in both sports in the summer of 2012 … lacrosse honors included honorable mention All-America, academic All-America, All-State and two-time first-team All-Conference … also played for Seacoast Field Hockey and Maine Lacrosse Futures.

Personal: Williams College book award … volunteered at Maine Medical Center and with Scarborough youth field hockey and lacrosse … daughter of Fred and Michele Howard … has two brothers, Ben (22) and Nathan (18) … age as of Sept. 1: 21.
