Baniko Harley was hired as Bentley’s Wide Receivers Coach in the spring of 2025.
Harley was a standout wide receiver at Austin Peay University and finished his career eighth all-time in school history in receiving yards. He served as team captain and was a first team All-Ohio Valley Conference selection in 2021.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay in Health and Human Performance in 2021.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Harley was the Offensive Coordinator at his alma mater Ramsay High School for the 2023 season and was named the 5A Offensive Coordinator of the Year. In 2024 he worked as the Offensive Coordinator at Shades Valley High School.
