Senior defensive back who is majoring in accounting with a minor in public policy… outstanding student … moved to defense in 2013 after beginning career as a running back … has played in 28 games during his first three seasons with his career totals including 64 tackles, one interception, one fumble recovery, one forced fumble and 154 return yards … three varsity letters.

2014: Appeared in ten games, including seven as a starter at corner … started the first six before missing the first Merrimack game … finished season with 23 tackles, four pass break-ups and one interception … made six tackles in back-to-back contests against Saint Anselm (Sept. 20) and New Haven (Sept. 27) … had five tackles and an interception Oct. 4 at American International … named to the Capital One Academic All-District team.

2013: Started eight of the Falcons’ 11 games, including the final seven at cornerback … was second on the team in pass break-ups (9) and eighth in tackles (41, including 26 solo) … forced and recovered a fumble at Stonehill Sept. 28 … career-high nine tackles against Southern Connecticut Nov. 2 … six tackles, all unassisted, against Saint Anselm Nov. 16 … blocked a PAT at New Haven Nov. 9 … averaged 16 yards on four kickoff returns.

2012: Saw action in seven games as a freshman … returned five kickoffs for 90 yards, with a long of 27 Oct. 27 against Merrimack.

Personal: 2012 graduate of Pinkerton Academy … twice named first team All-State in both football and track … team captain as a senior … helped Pinkerton to state championship as a junior … named a National Football Foundation High School Scholar-Athlete by the NFF Joe Yukica/New Hampshire Chapter … played in the CHaD New Hampshire high school all-star game … interned at KMPG this past summer … age as of Sept. 1: 21 … son of  Thomas Smith and Donna Sansoucie … has a brother, Zach (25), and two sisters, his twin Abbey and 10-year-old Jadyn.
