Senior wide receiver and kick returner who is majoring in marketing ... played in every game during the 2018 and 2019 seasons … amassed 1,251 yards on 51 kick returns (24.5 average) ... 1,286 career all-purpose yards.

2020: Bentley did not compete in any games during the 2020 season.

2019: Was number two in the Northeast-10 in kickoff return yards, returning 26 for a total of 618 yards ... that was good for a 23.8 average ... was 28th in Division II in kick return yards, 39th in combined kick return yards and 50th in kickoff return average ...  against New Haven Sept. 27, returned three kicks for a total of 139 yards, with a long of 66 ... had six returns for 147 yards a week later at Assumption, including a school-record 97-yarder for a touchdown ... named the Northeast-10 Special Teams Player of the Week Oct. 7 ... appeared on the Sept. 30 NE10 Weekly Honor Roll.

2018: Was named to the Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team after a strong season as a kick returner for the Falcons ... led the conference in kick return yards (633) and was third in average (25.3 for 25 returns) ... 14 of his 25 returns were for 20 yards or more, with a long of 82 Oct. 27 vs. Saint Anselm ... had two others for 40+ yards ... 668 all-purpose running yards was third on the team ... also had 11 carries for 22 yards and four receptions for 13 ... named to the Oct. 29 Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll.

Before Bentley: 2018 graduate of Belmont Hill School where he lettered in football, basketball and track … helped Belmont Hill to 2016 New England championship … set outdoor school record in 100 meters (11.03) … track team’s Most Valuable Performer … three-time All-New England.

Personal: Age as of Sept. 1: 22 … son of Alysha Collins … has one younger sibling, Aja (7) ... his uncle, Jeremy Collins, was a standout track athlete for the University of Rhode Island from 1996-2000 and was twice the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Most Outstanding Performer in 1997 and 1999 ... Jeremy was also the Sole Survivor on the CBS Show “Survivor” in 2005.
