Tumi Gugushe

Tumi Gugushe will enter his 7th year as an assistant coach on Bentley University's men's soccer coaching staff with the 2025 season.

During his time in Waltham, Tumi has helped lead the Falcons to the NE10 playoffs four times

Gugushe came to Bentley with coaching experience at several different levels of the sport. He has been an Academy Coach with MLS side New England Revolution, while also serving as an assistant coach for the men's and women's teams at Fisher College from 2016-18. He holds a Level 6 coaching license from the NSCAA and G,F,E & D licenses from US Soccer. Gugushe was also been the head coach of Boston College's men's club team from 2014-15.

Tumi has also served as the Bentley athletic department's Manager of Diversity and Inclusion.

Gugushe, who was born in South Africa, graduated from Boston College in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
