CANTON, Ohio -- Bentley University's Anne
Kaduboski (Dedham, Mass./Dedham HS) completed her
junior season in impressive fashion Saturday morning, by setting a
school record in the 200 yard backstroke during the NCAA Division
II Women's Swimming Championships at the C.T. Branum
Natatorium.
Kaduboski finished 17th of 38 in the event with a time of
2:04.99. That was the best in her heat and shattered her
own school record, set three weeks ago at the New Englands by 1.14
seconds. She missed qualifying for the consolation finals by the
slimmest of margins, just one-hundredth of a second.
Kaduboski's second trip to the NCAA Division II Championships
also included finishing ninth and earning honorable mention
All-America honors in the 200 butterfly and finishing 25th of 41 in
the 100 fly.
