Keene State Sweeps Past Bentley Men in the Pool, 182-94

WALTHAM, Mass. – Keene State College captured all 16 events en route to a 182-94 win over host Bentley University in men's swimming and diving action Saturday afternoon at the Dana Center pool. The loss was the Falcons' third straight after six consecutive wins to open the season.

Bentley had just four individual second-place finishes in the meet, including two by freshman diver Colton Bridge (Tolland, Conn./Tolland HS). He posted scores of 242.92 off the one-meter board and 269.24 off the three-meter, the latter a season-best.

Senior Tyler Champagne (Orange, Conn./Amity Regional HS) was the runner-up in the 500 yard freestyle (5:05.17) and sophomore Connor Mulvey-Hudson (Ardmore, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) took second in the 200 breaststroke (2:20.07)).

Double-winners for Keene State were Drew Ledwith (1000 free, 200 free), Jared Hyde (100 and 200 breast), Cole Hogg (200 butterfly, 200 backstroke), Gregory Youngstrom (50 and 100 free) and diver Joshua Tuller.

Bentley will complete its dual schedule Tuesday with a 6 pm home meet against Bridgewater State.
