Bentley Too Much for Assumption in 161-113 Victory

WALTHAM, Mass. – Women's swimming and diving won its second straight meet with a 161-113 victory over Assumption on Sunday.

Two-time reigning NE10 Women's Swimmer of the Week Emma Hapkiewicz swam season bests in the 1000 and 500 freestyles to win both races. She posted 10:56.15 in the former race and 5:15.94 in the 500.

Shortly after winning the 1000, she came right back in the next race and won the 200 in 1:58.23.

Skyla Lang was a double winner in the breaststroke events. She took the 100 in 1:10.23, just beating out teammate Emily Blatt by .42 seconds. She won the 200 by .11 seconds with a time of 2:29.87.

Caroline Ubert swam a season best 2:16.61 to win the 200 fly.

Hilla Almog won both of the 1 meter dive events.

The Falcons will look for a third straight win when they visit Brandeis on Friday.
