Lang wins three events, but Falcons fall short to Wheaton

WALTHAM, Mass. – Skyla Lang won three events, but the Bentley women's swimming & diving team opened the 2024-25 season with a home loss against Wheaton, 152-141, Friday evening.

Results

Bentley won the first event of the meet when Jordan Nuzback, Lang, Caroline Ubert, and Isabella Montanari teamed up to post a time of 1:51.78 in the 200-medley relay.

Lang won the 100-breaststroke with a time of 1:09.74, and she was also first in the 200-breaststroke by timing in at 2:29.34. Ubert went on to win the 200-butterfly by touching the wall in 2:17.29.

Nuzback was the top swimmer in the 200-IM, finishing the event in 2:12.37.

All-American diver Hilla Almog placed first in the 1-meter dive with a score of 279.29.

Bentley's next meet is at Babson, Oct. 26.
