WEST HAVEN, Conn. – New Haven's David Huang scored an 89
th minute goal to give New Haven a 1-0 victory over Bentley on Friday night.
The defeat is the first of the season for the Falcons, who had the best start to a season in program history at 4-0-2.
Bentley entered the game with a streak of 342 minutes without conceding a goal. That streak was extended to 430 minutes, until Huang's goal with 1:26 left on the clock snapped the streak.
Bentley outshot the Chargers 14-12 overall and shots on goal were even at four each.
The Falcons will look to bounce back on Oct. 8 when they visit Adelphi.
