BOSTON, Mass. – Caitlin Burmester was Bentley's top performer at the New Balance Early Season Invitational, which opened the season for the track and field teams.

Burmester finished third in a field of 66 runners with a time of 10:06.38.

Bentley's top finisher in the one mile run was Amelia Luetjen, with a time of 5:54.59.

The Falcons will next compete at the Reggie Poyau Invitational on January 18.
