Almog Sets Four School Records as Bentley Sweeps Tri-Meet

WORCESTER, Mass. – Hilla Almog continued her standout season by setting four school records as Bentley defeated WPI, Adelphi and Wellesley in a Tri-Meet hosted by WPI on Tuesday.

Almog set school records in the 3 meter, 6 dive with a score of 324.37, beating the previous record of 322.88, set by Nicola Mancini in 2016. She set a new school record in the 3 meter, 11 dive with a mark of 534.37, beating Mancini's record of 469.85 set in 2014.

In the 1 meter, 6 dive Almog scored 338.85 to beat Mancini's mark of 308.17 set in 2016. And in the 1 meter, 11 dive she posted a score of 548.43 to top Mancini's mark of 492.50 set in 2014.

As a team the Falcons bested WPI, 176-113, Adelphi, 222-70 and Wellesley, 163-133.

Taylor White was the overall winner in two races, the 1000 free (10:52.37) and the 200 back (2:10.08).

Skyla Lang was the overall winner of the 200 IM with a time of 2:11.50. She was second overall in the 200 breaststroke at 2:28.44.

Jordan Nuzback had the overall fastest time in the 200 free at 2:00.00.

Lily Rice and Nuzback finished second and third in the 100 fly.

Bella Montanari was third overall in the 50 free at 25.49.

Bentley will next compete on Sunday when they host Southern Connecticut State at the Dana Center.
