WALTHAM, Mass. – Caitlin Burmester and Lily Tedford finished first and second, respectively, in the women's mile during the Reggie Poyau Invitational hosted by Brandeis Saturday afternoon.

Burmester, the 2024 Women's Cross Country Regional Runner of the Year, crossed the finish line with a time of 5:00.09. Tedford timed in at 5:23.25. In that same event, Samantha Doran was sixth out of 24 runners (5:34.86).

Bentley's next meet is the Riverhawk Invitational hosted by UMass Lowell at New Balance, Jan. 24.
