KINGSTON, R.I. –
Eman Nda won the 200 meter dash on Saturday as the Bentley men's track and field team competed at the URI Coaches Invitational.
Nda, a junior from Pittsfield, Mass., won the race with a time of 22.73. His time was .15 seconds better than the second place runner from Bryant.
Eli Batista was eighth in the 200 with a time of 23.67.
Nda was also second in the 60 meter dash with a time of 6.90. He was beaten by just .06 seconds by Rhode Island's Arbogast. Nda took third in the 60 last weekend at the Panther Invitational.
Hayden MacArthur ran a strong race in the 800 and took third with a time of 1:56.59. That's the third fastest time in the NE10 so far this season.
Andrew Goehrig was 5
th in the 400 with a time of 53.81 and
Michael Eddy was a top-eight finisher in the 3000.
The Falcons will next compete on Feb. 14 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, hosted by Boston University.
