Capobianco Wins Mile and MacArthur Takes 800 at SNHU Invite

MANCHESTER, NH. – Sam Capobianco won the one mile and Hayden MacArthur took the 800 as Bentley opened the outdoor track and field season at the SNHU Spring Invitational.

Capobianco won with a time of 4:18.58, better than one second than second place finisher Ryan Outerbridge from Franklin Pierce. Michael Hemme was a top-10 finisher for Bentley, in seventh with a time of 4:32.50.

MacArthur won the 800 by almost two seconds. He crossed the finish line in 1:59.81.

Patrick Gray finished fourth in the steeplechase and Andrew Goehrig was eighth in the 400.

Bentley will next complete on April 5 at the Skyhawk Invitational.
