MANCHESTER, N.H. – Caitlin Burmester opened the outdoor track and field season with a pair of wins in the 800 and one mile races at the SNHU Spring Invitational.

Burmester completely dominated the field in the 800, winning the race by almost 14 seconds with a time of 2:15.61.

The Willow Grove, PA native crossed first in the one mile with a time of 4:58.23.

Teammate Lily Tedford finished second in the mile.

Brooke Neri finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:32.50.

Samantha Doran was fourth in the 5000m (19:25.64).
